Research On Police WeChat Service Efficiency Evaluation Of Police Under The Background Of Intelligent Publicing

In the 21 st century,the police work of China's public security organs has made remarkable achievements and made outstanding contributions to the stability of social order.In recent years,under the promotion of "golden shield plan" and "smart public security",public security has been generally stable.However under the new situation,our country social order increase in the number of threats and challenges facing,the starting point of the public security organ in the new era on the need to use Internet technology to carry out more scientific and effective police services,adhere to the science and technology strong police strategy,to promote the building of public security actual combat ability and information integration level,power "intelligent security" for the long-term development.Government WeChat,as a new media tool for government affairs,has developed rapidly in recent years.Compared with other new media products,it has a unique information transmission mechanism and more complete service functions.As the most concerned,largest and most active type in the field of government affairs,WeChat has huge advantages in integrating police information resources and improving the speed of police situation communication.In the future,how to improve the service efficiency and promote the reform of police intelligence is a topic worthy of attention.Firstly,the paper introduces the research background and significance,the review of academic and practical research,the basic ideas and methods of the research,and the innovation of the paper.It also introduces the basic concept and related theories of WeChat service efficiency of police affairs,defines the WeChat and service efficiency of police affairs,and introduces relevant academic theories of this paper,which provides theoretical basis and basis for the research of this paper.Secondly,model construction and evaluation index establishment are carried out.Relying on the expert team,an evaluation system suitable for police WeChat service efficiency is obtained through model construction,index primary election and selection,dimension and index empowerment.Specifically,it has six dimensions,including tangibility,reliability,ease of use,empathy,responsiveness and security,including 22 index items.The designed questionnaire will be distributed and investigated,and empirical research will be carried out on the sample data to evaluate and obtain the WeChat service efficiency score of police affairs,and the Suggestions and strategies of six dimensions will be proposed for the service efficiency gap.Finally,the conclusion,limitation and prospect of this paper are presented.China's police WeChat service efficiency construction is still in the preliminary exploration of the pre-paradigm stage,there is still a lack of overall development policy and related legal protection;The overall service efficiency of police WeChat is lower than the user's expectation,so the improvement strategy should be specifically refined according to the difference of different dimensions.There is still a large amount of research space in the follow-up of this paper.The focus will be on the collection of WeChat background big data,the selection of more accurate evaluation methods,and the appropriate screening of the survey population related to the research topic.
