Zhanjiang Inside Road Parking Management Problems And Countermeasures

As we enter the 40 th anniversary of reform and opening up,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the rapid economic development has greatly improved people's living standards.Zhanjiang is one of the largest foreign trade port cities in Guangdong Province.In recent years,with the rapid development of transportation and economy,automobiles have entered the lives of ordinary people.The rapid growth of vehicle ownership has led to the increasing demand for parking.At present,the growth rate of parking demand in Zhanjiang Road is far faster than that of urban parking space planning.However,the management of in-road parking in Zhanjiang has not kept pace with the times.It is not in harmony with the current social development in Zhanjiang,which has caused many different social problems and is not conducive to the construction of socialist civilization in the new era.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on deepening reform and opening-up call for unswervingly making good use of the "key tactics" of reform and opening-up,promoting the reform spirit of daring to try and be the first,speeding up the formation of a new pattern of comprehensive opening-up,and deepening the reform in an all-round way.Therefore,the study of in-road parking management is of great significance to strengthen road traffic management and social harmony and stability.In this paper,Zhanjiang City Road Parking Management as an example,Zhanjiang City's current charging system and management methods are analyzed,mainly through the analysis of Zhanjiang City Road Parking Management at the present stage of the main problems and their causes,Zhanjiang City's current road parking fee standards and management status of a comprehensive investigation and study.From the dual perspectives of drivers and managers,this paper combs the relevant research literature at home and abroad,refers to the theory of price law,tragedy of Commons and information asymmetry,bases on the local conditions of Zhanjiang,combines the methods and experiences of in-road parking management at home and abroad,and through questionnaires and visits,dissects the problems existing in the in-road parking management system of Zhanjiang City,such as the inadequate comprehensive management and the third-party company's pair Theproblems of inadequate management inside and outside parking spaces,one-size-fits-all parking fees,uneven idleness of parking spaces in roads,lack of parking guidance facilities and neglect of parking violations are discussed.The countermeasures to optimize the parking management measures in Zhanjiang City are explored,and the measures to strengthen penalty Management and law enforcement,introduce intelligent parking management,form a reasonable charging system,and plan parking as a whole are put forward.In-road parking management measures,such as berthing,optimizing guiding facilities and strengthening the publicity of citizens' moral quality,will eventually form renovation measures for Zhanjiang's in-road parking management problems,providing some thoughts for Zhanjiang's urban management model,and providing reference suggestions for further solving the in-road parking problems in small and medium-sized cities in China.
