On The Strategies Of Vitalizing The Rural Areas In Central Plains

In the report of the Nineteenth National People's Congress(NPC)of the People's Republic of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization for the first time.The strategy of Rural Revitalization is an important strategy put forward by the Nineteenth National People's Congress(NPC)of the People's Republic of China.It is an overall and historic task related to building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.It is also the master of the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era.The strategy of Rural Revitalization is of great significance to solve the main social contradictions faced by China at the present stage of development,to speed up the filling up of shortcomings in agriculture and rural areas,to narrow the gap between urban and rural development,to promote the integration of urban and rural development,to build a well-off society in an all-round way,and to build China into a powerful socialist modernization country.The proposal of Rural Revitalization Strategy has put forward a new subject for experts and scholars at home and abroad.Experts and scholars at home and abroad have carried out various studies on agricultural development,rural prosperity and farmers' affluence,and have achieved fruitful research results,providing rich experience for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Central Plains.Although the existing research in academia has involved in the strategy of rural revitalization,it pays more attention to one aspect and makes relatively few specific systematic explanations.Henan,as the representative of the Central Plains' provinces,is the main grain-producing area of the country.From the perspective of Sinicization of Marxism,it is of typical demonstration significance to study it in the overall layout of "five in one".Based on the experience of agricultural and rural development at home and abroad and the reality of Central Plains,this paper systematically analyses the advantages and challenges of implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation in this area,realizes the organic combination of theoretical research and empirical research,and puts forward the Countermeasures of implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation in Central Plains,so as to promote the war of rural rejuvenation in the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way.It has some reference value.Following the basic principles and methods of Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism,this paper systematically studies the strategy of rural rejuvenation in the Central Plains by using the methods of literature research,comparison,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.The article is divided into four parts.Firstly,it introduces the main contents of the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the relationship between the implementation of the strategy and the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.It shows that the strategy of Rural Revitalization is an upgraded version of the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and is the master of solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.Secondly,it systematically combs the thoughts of classical Marxist writers on agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and focuses on the thoughts of Party and state leaders on "three rural" issues,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study and provides policy support.Thirdly,this paper mainly makes a comparative study of different types of agricultural modernization development modes in the process of modernization,and draws on the ideological resources and successful experience needed by the strategy of Rural Revitalization in Central Plains,which embodies the principles for our use;and makes full use of the large amount of data on agricultural modernization provided by the authoritative departments of the state,and makes a social study of the strategy of Rural Revitalization in Central Plains.Finally,under the framework of actively promoting "13616" Rural Revitalization strategy,the specific path of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy in the Central Plains region is put forward,which is expected to make a modest contribution to the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in the Central Plains region.
