Abstract/Summary:
In 2013,Xi Jinping proposed targeted poverty alleviation in response to problems existing in previous extensive poverty alleviation policies.In order to implement the meaning of "precision" and conform to the principle of poverty alleviation based on local conditions and people,Xi Jinping put forward the development strategy of "five ways of poverty alleviation" in 2015.Among them,"developing education to lift one group out of poverty" is an important embodiment of poverty alleviation methods in the new era.In the process of germination,formation and development of Xi Jinping’s view on poverty alleviation through education,Xi Jinping absorbed the relevant theories put forward by classic Marxist writers.Xi Jinping has inherited and innovated Marx’s anti-poverty thought,practical theory,historical materialism and the theory of human free and all-round development.At the same time,in combination with the actual situation of China’s development,Xi Jinping inherited and innovated the relevant measures proposed by Lenin.Xi Jinping flexibly applied the relevant poverty alleviation thoughts of previous Chinese leaders,Chinese excellent traditional culture and western human capital theories,which laid a profound theoretical foundation for the concept of poverty alleviation through education.On the basis of China’s requirements for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,shortcomings in the process of rural revitalization,diversified functions of education and effective use of resources in poor areas,Xi Jinping profoundly demonstrated the practical basis for poverty alleviation through education.In his youth,Xi Jinping made a preliminary exploration of poverty alleviation through education,and later developed it during his tenure at the local and central levels.The idea of getting rid of poverty through education has gradually formed a complete theoretical system.It includes promoting the development of education,lifting people out of poverty through education,cultivating talents and enhancing ambition.It has become an important part of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.Xi Jinping’s view of poverty alleviation through education embodies the distinctive characteristics and style of Xi Jinping,which embodies the unity ofinheritance and development,the unity of "blood transfusion" and "blood production",the unity of content and form,the unity of universality and particularity,and the unity of promoting ambition and cultivating wisdom.The Xi Jinping concept of poverty alleviation through education is not only a weapon to solve poverty problems,but also a tool to promote national development,maintain social harmony,promote rural revitalization and promote personal progress.The implementation of Xi Jinping’s concept of poverty alleviation through education needs to meet various requirements.In terms of education content,we should strengthen the education of socialist core values,in terms of education methods,we should strengthen the education of scientific theories and vocational skills,and stimulate the participation of family,school and social education in the main body.Create a positive internal and external environment.To get rid of poverty through education can stimulate the main body to get rid of poverty,break through the transmission of poverty between generations,and promote social class mobility.Promoting poverty alleviation through education is a driving force for improving the quality of human capital,developing population potential and making the nation powerful though talents.Sorting out the relevant theories of Xi Jinping’s view on poverty alleviation in education can help us understand and agree with the necessity and rationality of this view.It is convenient for us to practice education poverty alleviation in real life.
