Study On Time Management Of Township Cadres

Time management refers to the flexible and effective use of time through prior planning and the use of certain skills,methods and tools.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC put forward the construction of high-quality professional cadres and the strengthening of grass-roots organizations,which fully illustrated the great expectations of the CPC Central Committee on the optimization of the cadres of grass-roots organizations.This shows that strengthening the construction and management of cadres is a political task for the grass-roots government.The research on time management of township cadres in this paper will be a breakthrough in exploring the quality construction and scientific management of cadres.Based on the method of field investigation,this paper interviews and exchanges with the cadres of representative positions in Wencheng County.And finds out that the time management of township cadres still exists the uncontrollability of time caused by the nature of township work;some township leaders advocate "overtime" work and meet the supervision and approval for investigation.To correct the problems,we can summarize them as follows: the neglect of "time management" by township cadres themselves;the prejudice against "time management" by township leading cadres;and the contempt of "time management" by township management mechanism.Combined with the characteristics of township and village cadres and existing difficulties,in this paper the time management of township and village cadres rectification measures and Suggestions put forward five: the first is to design township and village cadres at the top of the time management;The second is to build a time management system;The third is to break the overtime time use patterns;The fourth is time management pay more attention to the creativity;Fifth,pay attention to time management,combined with evaluation work.
