Village Committee is the organization of villager autonomy.Democratic election is the foundation of villager autonomy.As it were,the success of the election of the Village Committee guarantee the villager autonomy.Since the election of the Village Committee,there are many incomplete things in the process of the election of Villagers’ Committee.The illegal action such as vote rigging,violent election,administrative organs using administrative rights to intervene the election and so on can fail to listen to voters in the process and the result of the election of the Village Committee.Then Village Committee can be a main way for some person?s benefit to some extent,which influences stability and development of rural area.Through this research of the election of S village at Zhuang Yuan Street,Long Wan District,Wen Zhou City,Zhe Jiang Province,I aim to find the progress and the problems taking the methods of interview,questionnaire,analysis.In course of the research,I find some problems such as registration and villagers? voting in a mere formality way,taking part in election in a wrongful way and the low enthusiasm of voting and so on.Then I can comprehensive analysis the reason from three respects of politics,economy,culture so as to find out the rational suggestion and feasible countermeasure using the Internet or laws and regulations or the technique.This paper will offer stated use for reference and consult for the election of the Village Committee.At last we can realize the maximization of social utility and democratic utility in the work of the election of the Village Committee.Thus villager autonomy can be seen sooner or later.
