Study On Housing Security Of Migrant Workers In Jinxian County

In the new historical period,migrant workers have become an important force in China's urbanization and industrialization construction,and one of the irreplaceable main forces of China's national economic development.However,it can not be ignored that the current migrant workers group rooted in urban life is not synchronized with the development of urban economy.With the expansion of the new generation of migrant workers,the contradiction of social security becomes more and more prominent,which seriously affects the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The new generation of migrant workers,whose main body is the post-80 s and post-90 s generation,has gradually become the main force of urban construction.Most of them want to integrate into the city.One of the focuses of their attention is housing security.Therefore,migrant workers have become an important force to promote the development of county economy and urbanization.Studying the housing security problems of migrant workers and their improvement countermeasures is of great practical significance for promoting the effective transformation of migrant workers into citizens and the healthy,rapid and sustainable development of urbanizationi.This paper takes the housing security of migrant workers in Jinxian County of Jiangxi Province as the research object,guided by the theories of social security equity,diversification of public service supply and ERG needs,and conducts field investigation and Research on the housing security of migrant workers in Jinxian County by means of case analysis and questionnaire survey.It is found that there are three prominent problems in the housing security of migrant workers in Jinxian County: poor housing quality;inadequate housing management;and inadequate housing rationing.On this basis,in view of the current housing security problems of migrant workers in Jinxian County,this paper puts forward feasible housing security measures and suggestions to comprehensively improve the living environment and quality of life of migrant workers in China,so as to enable migrant workers to invest in socialist construction without worries,accelerate the process of socialist modernization and build a socialist harmonious society in an all-round way.First,we should improve the level of policy support.Effective housing security policies for migrant workers should be formulated,and the implementation of policies should be strengthened to strengthen the construction of housing projects for migrant workers and improve the quality and standards of housing construction for migrant workers.Second,improve the level of housing security management.We will further improve the laws and regulations on housing security for migrant workers,improve the level of housing security management and standardize the construction of housing security system for migrant workers.Thirdly,improve the level of public services for rural migrantworkers' housing security.Building a diversified housing security system for migrant workers in cities and towns,optimizing their housing experience,optimizing their service process,and further implementing the housing security policy for migrant workers?...
