Research On The Community Integration Of Social Organizations Under The Background Of Community Service Socialization

Community service socialization projects adopt the methods of overall design,overall packaging,buying services from qualified social work organizations and introduction of professional social work team to operate.The social organizations that won the bid will send professional social workers to the community to fulfill the project requirements of socialization of community service.Compared with the original community service system,whether the outside social organization can integrate into the community is the key factor affecting the success of the project.This paper take Z organization in Suzhou as a case,under the guidance of social governance theory,embedding theory and systematic organization theory.Literature,and interviews were used to collect relevant data.The main focus is on the community integration of social organizations in the context of the socialization of community services.The integration of social organizations into the community can be divided into two stages.The first stage is the preparation period,to understand the relevant information of the community and to investigate the needs of the community residents.The second stage is the exploratory stage,which gradually integrates into the community in the process of project activities.In the process of integration,there are three integration problems in Z organizations.It is mainly manifested low identity,including the self-awareness integration of social organizations and the community residents' understanding of social organizations.The dilemma of cultural integration,including the integration of knowledge and ability and the integration of values.The dilemma of behaviour integration,poor interpersonal relationships among social workers and low participation of community residents.The main reasons leading to the dilemma of Z organization integration are as follows:firstly,social workers lack professional emotions and abilities.Secondly,the loss of personnel in social organizations is serious and lack of service experience.Third,the drawbacks of the project system.Fourth,There are conflicts of interest between social organizations,community neighborhood committees and community social organizations,the services provided by social organizations are out of line with the needs of residents.In order to promote social organizations to better integrate into the community.This paper explores the integration strategy from two levels of social workers and social organizations.Social workers need to improve their professional identity,service ability and role recognition,starting from a bit by bit.Social organizations can stabilize the talent team by raising salaries and carrying out training activities.Social organizations and social workers need to seek the support of the government,community and peers.
