Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid urbanization has led to a large number of agricultural non-residents,this rapid social change to the agricultural non-residents living and psychological impact.After they lost their land,the way of life and the way of life had changed dramatically.From rural life to the new urban life process,they bear the life and psychological difficulties and pressure in many ways.First of all,most of them are mainly engaged in industries such as manufacturing,construction and social services,and the employment rate is generally low due to the low level of education and vocational skills of the agricultural-to-non-resident groups.The impact of their workforce wage income is weak,the family continued to increase income more difficult;urban life,high consumption level is to increase their economic pressure.Second,after the agricultural non-resident groups lose their land,social relations can not be well developed,their social relations are still geographically and blood-dominated,and their ability to acquire and adapt to new social relations is poor.Despite the good urban sanitation and convenient living services that brought them some satisfaction.However,their psychological is still full of concerns about future life,and participation in community public affairs is not high enthusiasm.In short,agricultural non-residents in the process of integration into the city,facing the economic aspects of social relations,psychological and cultural aspects of political participation and identity difficulties.Community organizations are rooted in the agricultural non-community,the most close to the farmers to non-residents,the most timely response to the needs of farmers to diversify residents to respond.The professional services provided by community organizations can improve the living conditions and psychological contradictions of agricultural non-residents.Community organizations through their own overall function,can provide a good public security and health environment for the residents of non-community residents,to optimize the internal resources of the community,to the timely response to the interests of farmers to non-residents to respond and feedback,To serve the disadvantaged groups within the community,to resolve the contradictions and disputes between residents,to achieve community harmony,for the farmers to provide a very good external environment.Different types of community organizations in the community are more able to meet the diverse needs of different groups of farmers,especially the informal organization,the effect is more obvious.Community organizations play a vital role in the integration of rural non-resident cities.The policy support of the community to the community organization,the strong demand of the residents of the non-community residents to the community organizations have provided important conditions and basis for the community organizations to affect the integration of the rural residents into the cities.This paper will use the data analysis method to understand the status and characteristics of the urban integration of the rural non-residents,and try to explore the ways in which the community organizations lead the rural non-resident urban integration through the analysis of the nature,characteristics and functions of the community structure of the agricultural-Characteristics and problems and suggestions.
