Research In The Construction Of Community Culture Of Social Organizations

With the improvement of Chinese residents' economic strength,people's life style has changed,and they are no longer satisfied with material needs,but attach more importance to spiritual and cultural literacy.As is known to all,community is the basic living place of urban residents,which is closely related to their life.Therefore,the improvement of residents' cultural literacy is a key link in the construction of community culture and a prerequisite for the improvement of urban public cultural service mechanism.However,the community culture construction mainly takes the traditional management mode of community neighborhood committee or community service station as the main body,and the personnel structure is single,the professionalism is not strong,and the effective use and integration of community resources and other problems appear,and the community does not play a role as a bridge between the government and the public.The professionalism and diversity of social organizations can improve the quality of community culture,meet the needs of residents at a higher level,and make community culture more colorful.Through the form of holding community cultural activities to make up for the lack of communication between the government and residents,they themselves are the bridge of communication between the government and residents,promoting community autonomy and playing a pivotal role.At the same time,social organizations collect residents' opinions during the activities,and then feedback with relevant departments,so that the government can timely understand the needs of residents,meet and solve problems in time.According to the observation during the internship,it was found that there was no specific cultural talent reserve in the community,and the lack of accumulation of human and material resources as well as the infrastructure of the site restricted the development of cultural construction in the community.At the same time,it was found that the neighborhood committee did not establish an effective communication mechanism with residents,residents lacked the sense of participation in community cultural construction,the government propaganda was not in place,and most residents did not know the time of the event.Therefore,how to solve the existing problems of community cultural assumption is the key that we should discuss.
