Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures In The Development Of Urban Community Social Organizations

With the continuous progress of society,the proportion of community social organizations in community construction and community development is also growing.At the same time,the proportion of community social organizations in building a harmonious society,optimizing community resources and improving community status is becoming more and more important.However,to a certain extent,the development of urban community social organizations in China is still in the stage of immature development.There are many problems,such as lack of professionals,imperfect government supervision system,and insufficient capacity of community social organizations to build themselves.Therefore,this study has a certain role in community development and promoting community harmony and stability.This paper mainly uses the method of combining theory with field research to analyze the community social organization of Z Street in Tongzhou District.Firstly,through field research to understand the development status of community social organizations,find out the development dilemma of urban community organizations and the space for improvement with professional sensitivity;secondly,through the analysis of questionnaire results and access to relevant information,analyze the dilemma,and elaborate the process of social workers' intervention in Z street community,and carry out the effect of social workers' intervention.The analysis provides the basis for the following countermeasures.Finally,in view of the difficulties arising from the government,social environment and community social organizations themselves,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
