Research On The Affordable Housing Policy Of Kunming From The Perspective Of Policy Exclusion

At present,the main goal of Chinese affordable housing policy is to meet the basic housing needs of urban families with housing difficulties.On the basis of relevant national policies,Kunming has issued a series of affordable housing policies.Up to now,whether the affordable housing policy of Kunming has reached the policy goal through policy exclusion or not.How to continue to improve the positive exclusion and the negative exclusion.These are all issues that management needs to address.Based on the theory of policy exclusion,this paper explores the phenomenon of policy exclusion in the affordable housing policy of Kunming city.Firstly,the paper reviews the development and summarizes the policy objectives and implementation status of affordable housing policy in Kunming.Secondly,the exclusion phenomenon is analyzed through current policy texts and research data.Finally,based on the actual situation of Kunming city,suggestions on policy improvement are put forward for the follow-up development of the policy.This paper hopes to improve the new research perspective and path selection of the policy by exploring the policy exclusion of the affordable housing policy of Kunming city.On the one hand,it is conducive to adapting the affordable housing policy of Kunming to the new situation and promoting the long-term sound operation of the policy.On the other hand,this paper focuses on the dynamic process of the exclusion mechanism.It not only contributes to the in-depth analysis and explanation of how the affordable housing policy achieves the exclusion result,but also contributes to the improvement of the policy-making ability of policy makers and the policy practice ability of policy participants.It has some new ideas to improve the exclusion of affordable housing policy and to realize the goal of policy.
