Research On Social Organizational Autonomy In Venture Philanthropy Projects

In recent years,social organizations in our country have developed rapidly.They play an increasingly important role in the provision of public services.The autonomy of social organization is of great significance to its effects.With the Q District VP in Nanjing as the study area,this paper employs participatory observation and interviewing methods,analyzes the difficulties and action strategies of the nine social organizations that undertake the VP project,and expects to finding the strategies for autonomous growth of different social organizations.This article first summarizes the possible predicament of social organizations in undertaking government procurement services,and then analyzes the autonomy strategies adopted by social organizations in the face of these difficulties.In terms of external conditions,the main strategies for the growth of the autonomy of social organizations include "doing additions" to service projects,"projects" supplementing"projects",seeking cooperation with communities and other government agencies,multi-regional registration and brand building.Develop cross-border resources to absorb capabilities and meet multiple needs.From the internal conditions,the growth of social organization autonomy strategies include adherence to ideas and responsibilities,adhere to the path of specialization and have a good mechanism of self-discipline and heteronomy.This paper finds that the social organizations at this stage have a relatively high degree of dependence on the government,but due to the different social organizational background,their autonomous action strategies differ.Social organizations with government-run backgrounds and university backgrounds can pay attention to acquiring external resources and while also able to value the importance of internal construction.Social organizations with community workers as the background often find it difficult to achieve a good balance between community administrative work and project operations.Social organizations with citizens as their background hope to achieve "Self-development",but they have neglected the importance of specialization to some extent.This study is conducive to examining the theoretical perspective on the autonomy of social organizations and enriching the current theoretical perspective on government procurement services of social organizations.In addition,from the perspective of practice,it is beneficial to the management and growth of social organizations,it also helps the local government understand the social organizations,so as to provide reference for the government to formulate relevant policies.
