As a typical state violence institution,the prison itself has an important responsibility to punish and prevent crime,educate and reform criminals.The prison people's police,as the people's guards fighting in the front line of the prison,should also fully recognize the burden on their shoulders,not forget the collective interests,not forget the national interests,and always take the interests of the people as the first priority,not only to be proactive.Strengthen the ideological reform work of prisoners,and also help the prisoners to develop the necessary labor skills according to the actual situation,and provide necessary support for better integration into the society and integration into the collective after they are released from prison.Based on the above situation,it is of great practical significance to conduct more in-depth research and exploration on issues related to the management of the prison people's police force in the new situation.With the rapid development of China's market economy,prison supervision and reform work is also facing new situations and challenges which are totally different from the past.Especially the increasing number of short-term criminals and the formal implementation of the new commutation and parole regulations objectively make the supervision and education work face new requirements,and the pressure of work is increasing.All these changes objectively require us to further improve the management of prison police force.In this study,in order to better enhance the fighting capacity of the prison people's police force,improve the prison management level,and play the role of prison reform in educating criminals,using the method of literature research and case analysis,the prison people's police force in NC prison is selected as the research object,and the prison people's police force managers are selected.The objective problems in this work are systematically analyzed.It is found that there are some problems,such as unclear division of labor,non-open promotion mechanism,unclear division of responsibilities,unclear professional characteristics,and inadequate spiritual care.The causes of these problems are discussed one by one.Finally,the author separately improves and strengthens the post settings.A series of feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of internal supervision,improvement of execution,improvement of personnel training system and construction of humanistic and spiritual civilization.It is hoped that this study can provide some theoretical and data help for the improvement of the overall management level of prison police force in China.
