Research On Grassroots Micro Corruption Governance

Throughout the history of human development,corruption is the fundamental cause of the collapse of all regimes.Corruption is not only to undermine the foundation of China's socialist economy,but more seriously,it may shake the political foundation of China's socialism.Anti-corruption and advocating honesty are related to the foundations of the Communist Party and its ruling foundation.It is an inevitable choice to face the new situation and tasks.However,at present,the main directions and fields of research on corruption at home and abroad are mostly concentrated on high-level corruption and major corruption,and little is involved in micro-corruption at the grass-roots level.Therefore,the research and governance of micro-corruption at the grass-roots level has important practical significance and urgency.At present,low-level micro-corruption in China is characterized by low posts,diverse forms of corruption,strong persistence of corrupt acts,obvious corruption cases,serial cases and drilling,and the concentration of corruption in the field of people's livelihood engineering.It is harmful to the interests of the masses,promotes the growth of greater corruption,erodes the foundation of the party's governance,and affects social stability.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to study the prevention and control of grassroots micro-corruption.The root cause of micro-corruption lies in the lack of cadres ideals and beliefs,the impact of social environment,the imperfect system,and the lack of supervision mechanisms.The N district of Nanchang City has adopted measures to improve cadres 'literacy,improve regulations and management systems,improve supervision systems,and strengthen discipline in combating micro-corruption,and has achieved positive results.However,there are problems such as the poor effect of clean government education,the imperfect clean government system,and the lack of supervision mechanism of discipline inspection.The basic reason lies in the failure to establish a sound micro-rights operation mechanism,the lack of basic supervision team allocation,and the poor quality of cadres.Therefore,in order to prevent and control micro-corruption fundamentally,it is necessary to establish and improve the relevant mechanisms for the operation of grassroots power,promote grass-roots system reform,and innovate the methods for preventing and controlling grassroots micro-corruption.
