Today,with the rapid development of science and technology,the global economy is also at a stage of constant change.The market competition between countries is becoming more and more fierce,which has enormous challenge that the increasing workload poses to the members of the organization.Under the rapidly increasing workload,these members have been under tremendous pressure both psychologically and physically.In the long run,they will reduce their enthusiasm for work and even reduce their work efficiency,Then,in response to such phenomena,the human resources management department needs to prescribe the right medicine,accurately understand the mentality of the employees and provide psychological counseling or necessary assistance in a timely manner,In many occupations,the profession of the police is both glorious and great,but behind the aura is the work pressure and the high work risk that ordinary people can’t imagine.After comparing and analyzing some materials,we find that the police profession generally suffers from higher psychological pressure than any other profession.Such a working atmosphere will have a certain negative impact on the police’s mentality and behavioral style,and it is likely that the police will have doubts about their own work.In serious cases,they may even have a rebellious mentality or form an antisocial personality.There are many classifications of the police profession,including the branch of the prison people’s police.The job duties of the prison people’s police are to manage the prisons in accordance with relevant laws and regulations,including the execution of penalties,education and reform of criminals.As a branch of the police,it naturally possesses all the attributes of the police,namely,class and security.In addition,it also has other special attributes.First,the prison police is the criminal law enforcement force of the state;second,the prison police is the specific executor of the penalty,or the
