Under the multi-ethnic background of our country,the national identity of minority teenagers is an important part of our ideological and political education.A large number of studies have proved that ethnic identity is an important factor affecting ethnic minority teenagers' national identity.As an important means for minority parents to educate their children and promote their children's integration into the mainstream society,ethnic socialization has a significant impact on teenagers' ethnic identity.Given the relationship between ethnic socialization and ethnic identity,ethnic identity and national identity,we are also wondering whether there is a relationship between ethnic socialization and national identity.What role does ethnic identity play in this relationship?Are there mediating effects that can be found? This study takes middle school students of Hui nationality as the research object.Hypothesis:1.The ethnic socialization of middle school students of Hui nationality has a significant impact on ethnic identity,among which cultural socialization and preparation for bias have a positive impact on ethnic identity,and promotion of mistrust has a negative or insignificant impact on ethnic identity;2.Ethnic identity of middle school students of Hui nationality has a significant positive impact on national identity;3.Ethnic socialization of middle school students of Hui nationality has a significant positive impact on national identity;4.Ethnic identity of middle school students of Hui nationality plays an intermediary role between ethnic socialization and national identity.This study,in the form of a questionnaire survey of 6 middle school of Lanzhou city,Gansu province,Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of 609 middle school students has carried on the questionnaire survey,and extract the seven middle school students conducted semi-structured interviews and get the result: 1.The ethnic socialization of Hui nationality middle school students in China in the medium level,31.39% of the Hui nationality middle school students reported ethnic socialization;In terms of information transmission,cultural socialization is the most important and core content of ethnic socialization.What hui parents most often mention is cultural socialization information,followed by preparation for bias,which promotion of mistrust the least.2.60.3% of Hui middle school students reported ethnic socialization information from grandparents,indicating that grandparents also play an important role in the process of ethnic socialization of Hui middle school students in China.3.Ethnic socialization has a significant positive impact on the national emotion of Hui middle school students,but has no significant impact on national pride;The influence of ethnic socialization on national emotion is situational,which originates from the dual identity of the Chinese nation and the Hui nationality.4.Ethnic identity has a mediating effect between ethnic socialization and national emotion.The mediating effect amounts of ethnic identity exploration and commitment are respectively 94.5% and 50%,indicating that the mediating effect plays a very important role in the process of ethnic socialization influencing national emotion.
