Research On The Rural Community Participation In Tourism Development That Based On The Social Exchange Theory

With the development of tourism,the rural communities involved in the travel have undergone great changes in social,economic and cultural aspects.The development of tourism has promoted the economic development of local communities,led to the employment of community residents and increased the income of community residents.At the same time,it also brought about the impact of traffic congestion and increased income gap among residents.The in-depth development of tourism has increasingly brought about the impact of rural communities,and scholars have gradually realized the importance of achieving sustainable tourism development.After continuous research,experts and scholars have found that the participation of rural communities in tourism development is an effective way to effectively reduce the negative impact of tourism.This paper mainly uses social exchange theory to study and analyze the status quo,existing problems and suggestions of rural communities participating in tourism development.In order to carry out more detailed research,this paper selects the perspective of the main body of rural community residents.Firstly,it summarizes and sorts out the research status of community participation in tourism development and social exchange theory in the development of community participation in tourism development.Secondly,it introduces the main content of social exchange theory and the social exchange process of community participation in tourism development.Again,using the social exchange process model,the paper analyzes the process and current situation of Guoliang Village's participation in tourism development;then,analyzes the problems of Guoliang Village residents' participation in tourism development;finally,based on the perspective of social exchange theory,the village The community has participated in the development of tourism and put forward effective suggestions.Through this case study,effective control measures for rural community residents to participate in tourism development are proposed: first,pay attention to the interests of rural community residents,coordinate costs and benefits;second,actively play the role of government guidance to promote fair exchange of interests;Strengthen the training and education of rural community residents,improve their sense of democracy and participation;Fourth,broaden the channels of participation of rural communities and increase the level of community participation.It is a reference and reference for Guoliang Village and other rural communities in China to participate in tourism development and promote the fair distribution of tourism income.After research,it is found that the process of rural community's participation in tourism development can find a reasonable explanation in the theory of social exchange.It is very scientific to analyze the participation of rural communities in tourism development based on social exchange theory.Residents of rural communities participate in tourism exchanges in order to obtain the desired economic benefits.Residents of rural communities choose whether to participate in tourism exchange by estimating the benefits-costs involved in tourism development.In the study of Guo Liang Village's participation in tourism,it was found that the residents of Guoliang Village participated in the development of tourism in a single way,and the depth and content of participation were limited.The root cause is that due to the lack of cultural quality and ability of residents in Guoliang Village,it affects the reasonable estimation of the cost-benefit of tourism exchange,and restricts the way and depth of tourism exchange between residents of Guoliang Village.Through this case study,the suggestions for rural community residents to participate in tourism development are put forward: first,increase tourism development and increase tourism exchange methods;secondly,actively play the role of government guidance to promote fair exchange of tourism;third,cultivate community participation.Consciousness,improve residents' participation ability;Fourth,broaden community participation channels and increase community participation level.It is a reference and reference for Guo Liang Village and other rural communities in China to participate in tourism development and promote the fair distribution of tourism income.
