The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th National Congress of th e Communist Party of China put forward the "Promoting the Moder nization of the National Governance System and Governance Capabi lity".The realization of rural governance modernization is an import ant part of the modernization of state governance and the pedestal f or promoting the construction of the national governance system.A s the state power continues to enter the rural society,it also brings a series of embedded institutions,which form an overlap between form and content.In addition,the governance organizations left by th e traditional rural society itself and the diversification of rural gove rnance organizations have brought about spillover effects.This study aims to explore how the rural governance organizati on is involution and how to integrate the rural governance organizat ions.It is in tended to be based on the case of the Yu cun Clan V illage in South China,where traditional organizations play a certain role in governance.In the new era,modern governance organization s continue to import villages,comprehensively analyze the formation,performance,and influence of rural governance organizations' invol ution,and how to achieve effective integration of traditional govern ance organizations and modern governance organizations in rural go vernance organizations,so as to achieve effective governance of ru ral society.The first is the introduction to this study.This part mainly disc usses the background and significance of the topic,summarizes the main research results at home and abroad,defines the relevant conc epts,summarizes the research methods used,and the case village.Second is the body of the study,divided in to three.The first chapter introduces how the involution of the case village is formedfrom the three aspects of the background of the clan and the lega cy of the traditional organization,the change of the rural relationship,the input of modern organization,the change of regionalization and t he self-organization.The second chapter conducts a comprehensive in vestigation of the five major types of governance organizations in t he village with different sources:political extension organization,funct ional organization,administrative listing organization,clan organization,other self-organized operation Status and governance performance.Th e third chapter from the village cadres is a part-time job that serio usly decentralizes the effective organization's governance efficiency,t he function overlaps the waste of rural governance organization reso urces,the clan differentiation affects the traditional governance orga nization's village governance efficiency,the capital plagues the villa ge self-organization development,and the degree of organization affe cts the governance performance.This paper analyzes the impact of i nvolution of governance organizations on rural social governance.Finally,the conclusion is the Chapter4.This study believes that in order to improve the basic elements of governance organization in order to achieve effective governance of rural society,we must f irst reconstruct the rural governance organization system with "village two committees" as the core;secondly,combing the institutional m echanism of integrating rural governance organizations,and publishin g governance organizations.The list of services;the last is to adapt t o the local conditions,to adapt to local conditions,to co-ordinate th e creation and withdrawal of rural governance organizations.In this way,the rural governance organization system can be improved,and the organizations that have already achieved governance performan ce in rural society will continue to play their functions effectively.
