A Case Study On The Founding Process Of House-Owner Committee From The Perspective Of Power

Further delegating power to society is becoming the core of nation's development.It is happening in every community.The old power structure which was set up by residents committee and property will be replaced by a better one.House-Owner Committee will play an important role in it.This research focus on the founding process of House-Owner Committee.To remind scholars of invisible power,this paper divides the founding process into three sections:(1)producing stage(2)game stage(3)dissimilation stage.Then,it shows the analysis of influencing factors.In producing stage,the House-Owner Committee gain power from home owners;in game stage,the House-Owner Committee?the residents committee and the property compete for power through their own way.In dissimilation stage,the House-Owner Committee stands in its life crossroad,the choice it made will lead itself into two different direction:decline or development.In a manner of speaking,the development of the Home-Owner Committee marks the expansion of democracy and the pluralism of governance.It will extend democracy at the grassroots level,which shows the possibility of corporatism.
