Analysis On The Running Process And Problems Of Community Consultation

With the continuous progress and development of society,the ways and methods of community governance become more and more democratic and scientific.The communit y consultation as an innovation of democracy at the grassroots level,in the community go vernance system plays an important role,the current research achievements of academic f ield about the community consultation is very rich,major research trend in macro policy,but in the process of community consultation micro-level research results is very few,this paper mainly studies the community consultation and existing problems of the operation of the process.First of all,this paper studies the purpose is to fully present the movement process of the community consultation,this part is the main method of use of case analysis,through the analysis of the community consultation case to show specific community club of eac h step,a macro level,including how the community consultation in the community,how t o run,how to develop,the micro level,including community consultation and collection of public opinion,discuss solutions,grasp the implementation of a complete operation pr ocess.Secondly the article adopted the method that participatory observation and semi-stru ctured interviews,the study found that there exist some problems in the running process o f the community consultation of this part to the order of the community consultation proc ess as the research content,mainly studied and analyzed the community consultation foun d in the operation process of a series of problems,including: the results deviate from the a ctual,negotiate the grouping is not reasonable,authoritarian obviously,demand for single way of curing,the meeting personnel discipline distractions such as several major proble ms.And detailed analysis of the specific reasons for each problem.Finally,the author puts forward a series of Suggestions according to the problems an d the causes of the problems,in order to promote the optimization of the operation proces s of community consultation.The Suggestions can be summarized as follows: formulate s cientific measures based on facts and reality,optimize grouping mode,enrich demand sou rces by means of electronic information,guide community residents to fully express their needs and Suggestions by social workers,and perfect the supervision committee of discip line and standards in the discussion meeting of community consultation.
