Research On The Optimization And Quality Improvement Of Community Home Care For The Elderly In University Communities Of J Enterprise

With the deepening of aging population degree,providing-for-the-aged problem emerges gradually.With the change of population structure,the traditional family pension model has been difficult to meet the current pension needs,and the institutional pension is difficult to be generally accepted.In this context,the community home pension model emerged as the times require.In order to understand the demand of community home-based pension service in Xuzhou colleges and universities,this paper first conducts a questionnaire survey on the demand of community home-based pension service for the elderly in three colleges and universities in Xuzhou,and carries out a statistical analysis of the survey results.On this basis,the demand preference and demand elasticity of the elderly in the community of colleges and universities are analyzed and summarized,and the demand structure of the elderly in the three communities of colleges and universities is obtained.Through the analysis,four kinds of different elastic requirements are summarized: discardable,strong elastic,weak elastic and inelastic.According to the results of demand analysis,this paper puts forward the optimum content of home-based pension service in college community from the perspectives of customer demand fit and service quality guarantee,and combines the reality of J enterprise.In view of the different characteristics of each kind of home-based pension service project,different strategies are put forward in actual operation,and various home-based services are selectively implemented according to the different demand elasticity of the elderly.Old-age services.The author combines the existing home-based pension services of J Enterprise,and according to the actual situation of these colleges and universities,provides them with home-based pension services tailored to their needs.Based on this,from the three angles of establishing customer communication channels,establishing service evaluation mechanism,and establishing service improvement mechanism,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures to improve service quality,and puts forward feasible suggestions for the guarantee of service quality of J Enterprise's home-based pension.
