| China has stepped into an aging society,and the problem of aging has become more prominent.The issue of social pension has attracted the attention of all parties.Community care services are at an initial stage of development and there are many problems.In terms of community care services in Xinjiang community care services are in the early stages of development,and there are many problems to be addressed.The focus is on the old-age services provided by the community,which cannot match the needs of the elderly.Based on the theory of demand and the theory of welfare pluralism,this paper uses questionnaires and interviews to address the basic conditions,economic security needs,medical security needs,spiritual needs and other 80 elderly people aged 60 and over in the X community in Urumqi.Investigate needs and explore whether existing community care services are effectively matched to the needs of older people and whether they are effectively addressing the needs of older people.Through the research on the needs of the service objects,it is found that the demand of the service objects in the cultural entertainment,health care and spiritual levels is growing;the existing pension services in the community have a single source of funds,mismatch between supply and demand,lack of professional training for staff and lack of venues for activities.problem.Focusing on the analysis of various problems in the community pension service,and focusing on the successful cases in relevant domestic fields,we will work hard to improve the level and quality of community care services in Urumqi,meet the diversified needs of the elderly,and propose to strengthen government investment.Some countermeasures for the construction of large communities themselves,increasing social integration of the elderly,introduction and training of professionals,and strengthening community policy advocacy.This will really make the community a comfortable place for the elderly to be old and have fun. |
