A Study On The Social Integration Of Ethnic Minorities In Xinjiang's Inter-Ethnic Communities

General secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of "promoting the establishment of a social structure and community environment in which all ethnic groups are embedded".Since the concept came into being,more and more studies on ethnic groups' embedded communities have emerged.This article in urumqi,a typical national embedded type B each community "ethnic solidarity members" project in practice,the realization of the ethnic minority social integration path within the community,the innovative advantage perspective of social work theory with bourdieu social capital theory,the perspective of social work to reconstruct the related content of the project,so as to answer the possibility of the ethnic minority social integration within a community,and the construction of social capital on its positive impact these two problems.This paper studies and analyzes the implementation path of social integration of ethnic minorities in the interlocking community,and the conclusion shows that the project of "ethnic unity as a family" is conducive to the construction of social capital network of ethnic minorities and the promotion of social integration of ethnic minorities.
