Study On Social Stability Risk Assessment Of Housing Demolition From The Perspective Of Social Governance

With the development of urban-rural economic integration and the advancement of urbanization process,many problems in the house demolition project are gradually exposed.The research on social stability risk assessment of house demolition project has become a hot and difficult problem.The traditional extensive and violent demolition of our country has seriously hindered the development of urbanization,the risks of social stability are becoming increasingly prominent.Correct understanding of risk assessment,it is of great significance to construct the risk prevention and control mechanism in advance,in the event and afterwards for reducing the risk of social stability and promoting social harmony and stability.Therefore,how to build an effective social stability risk assessment index system and model system and how to propose effective risk prevention and control measures become the key to solve the problem.In this paper,we study the risk assessment of C Village Reserve Land Planning and demolition Project in S District of Guangzhou from a new perspective of social governance,the research is based on the idea of posing problem-analyzing problem-solving problem in general.Firstly,this paper analyzes and combs the domestic and international research status,realistic foundation and theoretical basis about social risk theory,system management theory and cooperative governance theory.Secondly,research on the risk factor of Social Stability in the Housing demolition Project from the Perspective of Social Governance,Combined with domestic and foreign studies to sort out political factor,economic and social factor,environmental factor and institutional factor.Thirdly,the risk assessment system of social stability of house demolition project and the risk model system of social stability of house demolition project under the perspective of social governance are constructed.The social stability risk assessment system includes political risk,economic and social risk,environmental risk and institutional risk,social stability model includes factor analysis modeland fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,the risk assessment system and model system of social stability are applied to the planning and demolition project of C village reserve land in S District of Guangzhou,explore the feasibility and limitation of the project in depth.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)According to the present situation and characteristics of house demolition,an index system consisting of political risk,economic and social risk,environmental risk and institutional risk is constructed from the connotation and attribute of Social Governance and Social Stability;based on the relevant theory,the combination model system of factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed.(2)Based on the theory of social risk,the theory of system management and the theory of cooperative governance,the present situation of the research on the risk of social stability of the house demolition project is analyzed.Using Factor Analysis Model to calculate the weight of Evaluation Index system,using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model to realize Comprehensive risk Assessment.According to the result of evaluation,the corresponding strategy is put forward.
