Research On The Government Behavior In The Construction Of Beautiful Countryside In Dehua County

The idea of beautiful countryside construction first appeared in Anji,Zhejiang province.After ten years,the beautiful countryside construction mode was popularized in all parts of the country.The construction of beautiful countryside is of great significance to improving the overall appearance of the countryside,changing the mode of agricultural development,improving the living standard of the peasants,promoting the integration of urban and rural development,and realizing the Chinese dream.As one of the important subjects of beautiful countryside construction,its specific behavior plays a decisive role in the process of building beautiful countryside.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,there are still many aspects to be perfected in the behavior of the government in the beautiful countryside construction.This article takes the Dehua county government behavior in the beautiful countryside construction as the research object,according to the research thought of "putting forward the question,analyzing the problem and solving the problem",and comprehensively using the methods of literature analysis,field investigation,case study,induction and summary,and so on,to analyze the government in the beautiful countryside construction.This article is divided into two parts.A part is the basic part.In this part,the background,purpose and significance of the research are briefly expounded.On the basis of consulting the relevant documents at home and abroad,the relevant research on the county government behavior in the beautiful countryside construction is analyzed and discussed in order to clarify the construction of beautiful countryside and county government behavior.The concept and the Public Product Theory and Market Failure Theory lay the foundation for research and analysis.Another part is the actual analysis part,this article takes Dehua County as an example,The first is to clarify the current situation and main results of the construction of beautiful countryside in recent years;the second is to clarify the behavior orientation of Dehua County Government in the construction of beautiful countryside,mainly including the related system construction behavior,propaganda and guidancebehavior,organizational behavior,economic support behavior,coordinated behavior and supervision behavior of various departments and townships.The third is to analyze the main problems existing in the current behavior,including contradictions between planning and implementation,inadequate policy interpretation and implementation,insufficient economic support,incomplete application of organizational behavior,inadequate project supervision.The main reasons for these problems are imperfect system and inadequate power and responsibility of towns and townships.Lack of matching and propaganda guidance;Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the behavior in the construction of beautiful countryside in Dehua County,including that the Dehua County Government should improve the system,clarify the responsibilities of various departments and towns,deepen the understanding of rural residents and guide the main role to play.
