Research On Cooperative Governance Of Telecom Fraud In Quanzhou City

With the rapid development of social economy and Internet technology,human communication and information transmission is simpler and more convenient,but it also brings a series of challenges in social management.In recent years,new types of telecom fraud crimes have become increasingly rampant,and even regional joint crimes,crime professionalization,industrialization,social impact is bad,seriously threatening the personal safety of people,telecommunications fraud crimes are grim,governance telecommunications fraud There is no time to delay.In the governance of telecom fraud,because of the need to involve different government departments and some non-governmental organizations,under the current administrative division of different departments,various departments and organizations often work independently,which further increases the governance of telecommunications fraud.The degree of difficulty.Based on the perspective of collaborative governance theory,this paper takes "problem---analyze the problem---solve the problem" as the research idea,and uses the research methods such as the literature research method,the case study method and the comparative analysis method to the basic concept of telecommunication fraud.The characteristics and the reasons for the problems in the telecommunications fraud management work were analyzed in detail.Based on the current situation of power fraud in Quanzhou City,this paper points out the relevant characteristics of Quanzhou City's telecom fraud management.Through research,it is found that the overall ability of public security organs to crack down on telecom fraud crimes is not high enough in the telecommunications fraud management work in Quanzhou City,and the telecommunications industry and finance field There are a certain degree of loopholes,the government governance body has not formed a joint force and other reasons,the situation of telecommunications fraud in Quanzhou City is still grim.At the same time,this paper draws on the experience of telecom fraud management in other cities at home and abroad,and attempts to propose innovative countermeasures based on the perspective of collaborative governance.On this basis,this paper attempts to put forward some suggestions: improve the rules and regulations of relevant industries,strengthen the supervision of relevant industries,improve the multi-sector collaborative governance mechanism,and increase telecom fraud prevention propaganda,aiming to promote the formulation of effective telecom fraud governance strategies.
