Design And Implementation Of Collecting And Querying Police Information System

With the advent of 21st century,information technology is developing rapidly,and computer technology has been applied to various fields,the public security organs are also build their own information management system.Now,the illegal crime personnel fluid fast,and the concealment become more and more strong,and the more difficulty structure,which cause the more difficulty management of the society.Therefore,according to the trend of the development of information,the public security organs dominated policing strategy mode,and build their own police information system to maintain a harmonious stable society environment.However,due to the public security organs of criminal investigation,public security,traffic police,household registration,what without unified planning,and according to their own needs,they built business system by themselves,all kinds of police information isolated,scattered,diversity,and lacking of the unified data entry platform and access platform of police information,which affected the capabilities of police information collection and querying seriously.How to dispersed data of police science effectively,improve data resources integration application,promote social control upgrade project further,and active coordination of three-dimensional and modern social security prevention,which is a difficult problem what the public security organs are facing.The traditional police information system is based on data gateway,which is used to implement the data between the transformation and sharing information.But the efficiency is too low to can not satisfy the present geometric progression growth amount of data,and the development and maintenance will cost too much,because of the the redevelopment effort is larger and the period is longer.And another method is developing the system,which means migrate the original systems to a new platform,but the disadvantage is that huge development effort,development cycle is long.So,this paper put forward the management of police information system based on B/S architecture,which used the warehouse and ETL to storage,analysis,and associated the data.This paper mainly completed the following several aspects:1.The system of collecting and querying police information is designed to oriented case driven system framework,including the file system,the data screening analysis module,the function of geographic information tagging,classified information querying,and backgroundmanagement and BBS communication module,etc.Which is used to realize the efficient screening and focus on case,and which provides investigators with accurate and intuitive analysis management platform.2.In view of the data what is increasing in fast,it design the database what based on the B/S structure and data access pattern of warehouse,and use the Oracle database and ETL technology,which realized to read,processing and analysis data in distributed system.3.The detailed design and implementation of the specific function and process: this paper expounds the modules of criminal message,data screening,case analyze,information querying and practical tools.Using the CA certification and intermediate proxy servers to ensure the security of the system data,and including the data transmission,data extraction and synchronization,data cleaning,data conversion,data loading and so on,this ETL technologies ensure the system data sharing,at last,which through five layers of data warehouse to satisfy the correlation between the data,implement the function of data correlation integration.Finally,the paper shows the parts of the system diagram,and the code of data operation.With the needs of system,it tests from the needs of function and non-function.And it proves the design of system to solve the problems of diversity and complexity of the data,which improves the efficiency of the police officers,complied with the trend of the development of police information,and meets the needs of the social management and services of actual combat.
