Community Social Organization's Participation In Community Governance Under The Perspective Of Framework Theory

The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the 19 th National Congress put forward clear work directions and tasks for "social governance" and further emphasized the role of social organizations in social governance.The “family society” in the commercial housing community has made the community governance work a challenge.As a important method and carrier for the community residents,the community social organization plays a role in the urban community governance work.The F community where the author works is a new commercial housing community in the process of urbanization.Since August 2014,he has introduced professional social work organizations,cultivated a large number of community social organizations,and achieved certain results in community governance.How to achieve participation and advancement Whether there are any deficiencies in the process is worth exploring.This paper attempts to introduce framework theory into the community social work field.Based on the specific practice process,this paper analyzes the framework integration model of community social organization participation in community governance,and explains how to construct the community social organization network framework.The daily needs of the broad masses of the people are effectively aligned with the governance of grassroots communities.The author selects the commercial housing community F community established in the process of urbanization as a case study object,obtains relevant materials through interview method and participatory observation method,and comprehensively analyzes the interview data of relevant personnel to summarize the F community.In the concrete practice process in four different stages,then using framework theory as the theoretical basis,how to construct and integrate the three framework models of community social organizations in participating in community governance,to explain how the government departments and grassroots communities will design the top-level design framework.Linked with and integrated with the interest needs and motivation framework of community residents,and analyzed that F community social organizations participate in community governance in terms of narrow coverage,insufficient participation and insufficient development sustainability,and propose countermeasures to improve the overall impact.Force,enhance participation,and integrate multidimensional resources.This analysis is in line with the current two-way interaction logic of government and society in China's community governance.On the one hand,it is conducive to enriching and innovating the content of framework theory,and providing support for theoretical development.On the other hand,it provides practical reference for grassroots social workers to carry out community governance practice.Learn from.This study also has certain limitations and shortcomings.With the continuous development and improvement of community social organizations,it is believed that relevant research will be deeper.
