Research On The Effectiveness Of Government Regulation Of The Sharing Economy

The sharing economy is a hot word that frequently appears in recent years.It focuses on the temporary separation of ownership and usufruct of goods or resources,and emphasizes the exchange of usufruct.With the characteristics of efficient and convenient,the sharing economy realizes the rational and effective utilization of resources,reduces the waste of idle resources,promotes the diversification of employment and economic growth,meets the diverse and individualized needs of the public.It penetrates into various industries such as transportation,accommodation and finance rapidly.However,as a new thing,the sharing economy changes the traditional business model.While creating profits and bringing convenience,it has also triggered a series of social problems,such as fierce contradictions between the old and new industries,chaotic market order,tense labor relations and consumer security threats,which have had a certain negative impact on society.This not only changes people's production and lifestyle,but also affects the development of the market and the regulation of the government.As the maintainer of public interest and public order,the government needs to identify its own position,solve the public problems caused by market failure actively,improve the effectiveness of regulation,guide the sound and orderly development of the sharing economy.The evaluation of the effectiveness of government regulation needs to be considered from four aspects: regulatory subject,regulatory law,regulatory method and the regulatory effect.In order to promote the sustainable development of the sharing economy,the government has made some efforts and achieved corresponding results: the awareness of regulation has been gradually strengthened,the idea of regulation has become more rational,and the approach of regulation has been increasingly improved.However,it still faces the dilemma of uncoordinated regulatory subjects,imperfect regulatory laws and approach,immature regulatory system.On the existing basis,we need to integrate public power,play the role of self-discipline in the sharing economy industry,achieve cooperative regulation,improve the main subject of government regulation constantly,improve the regulatory law,innovate the regulatory methods,optimize the regulatory system,and enhance the effectiveness of government regulation of the sharing economy.
