Research On Government Regulation In The Development Of Sharing Car

With the continuous development and wide application of Internet information technology,the sharing economy has gradually entered the public view.Following the "sharing bike craze," the "sharing car" is constantly infiltrating into our lives,changing our production and lifestyle.In order to avoid the problems of "sharing bike" in the process of development happening again on "sharing car",such as rushing up,excessive entry,occupying urban public resources,etc.It is necessary to strengthen government regulation on the problems that have been and will appear in the process of "sharing car" development.Through the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and field investigation and other methods,this paper takes the sharing car as the research object,investigates the current situation of its use,analyzes the various problems and causes existing in the development of the sharing car,further excavates the dilemma of the government regulation of the sharing car,and takes the government regulation as the breakthrough point to solve the sharing car.It aims to solve the problems of the sharing car and make the further optimization of our government regulation theory to better,which adapt to the development and changes of the times.Through the investigation and study,we find that the development of sharing car has some problems,such as enterprise operating costs are high-risk,difficult accountability,deliberate human sabotage and so on,and the absence of government regulation on it,which further reflects the lagging concept of government regulation,lack of regulatory laws and regulations,backward means of regulation,overlapping regulatory agencies.This paper proposes to change the concept of government regulation,adhere to the principles of moderate regulation,public governance and information utility maximization,improve the relevant infrastructure facilities,innovate the way of government regulation,implement grid management,implement government-enterprise cooperation regulation,and jointly build a cooperative governance model,thus enriching the government regulation in China.The theory of management can enable the public to maximize the benefits of the sharing economy.
