Traffic assistant police actively participate in all aspects of the transportation infrastructure construction and public security work. They greatly alleviate the problem of insufficiency of manpower and contribute to maintaining traffic order, preventing and reducing traffic accidents. As a new group, traffic assistant work has a strong special. Facing the social services, working conditions, career prospects, benefits and other factors, job satisfaction looks more important to traffic assistant police.Traffic assistant police is the object of this study. The purpose of this study is to evaluate job satisfaction and turnover intention of traffic assistant police. After the paper research and the interview on Hangzhou traffic assistant police, we get data through a questionnaire survey in order to explore the influencing factors of job satisfaction, the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. After the statistical data analysis by using SPSS12.0, we get results as follows:(1) The main influencing factors of Hangzhou traffic assistant police's job satisfaction include interpersonal and social support, the unit itself work itself, the working environment and conditions, return of work in five aspects. According to the statistical analysis, we find that these five areas can be well used in the evaluation of Hangzhou traffic assistant police's job satisfaction.(2) Generally speaking, Hangzhou traffic assistant police's job satisfaction is not very high. Specifically, they are quite satisfied with income stability, colleagues, family support and the unit itself, etc. What make they not satisfy include promotion, pay, social respect, work environment, and other aspects.(3) Different demographic variables have significant differences in Hangzhou traffic assistant police's job satisfaction and turnover intention.(4) Hangzhou traffic assistant police's job satisfaction and turnover intention are negative correlation. Among them, the work itself and interpersonal and social support are the most important influencing factors.The ultimate aim of this research is to provide some valuable suggestions to improve the job satisfaction and lower the turnover rate of Hangzhou traffic Assistant police.In view of the interviews and data analysis, we get the following measures, including: appropriate pay levels to enhance and improve the performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms; improving the working environment, ensuring their safety;paying attention to their training to facilitate their learning of new knowledge and skills; appropriate opportunities for career advancement; considerly giving them certain rights enforcement.
