An Analysis Of The Changing Economic Relations Between China And Kazakhstan (2000-2018)

Since 2000,the economic relations between China and Kazakhstan have been developing steadily and the cooperation in the fields of economy,trade,energy and agriculture has been deepening.Economic cooperation between China and Kazakhstan is characterized by complementarily,single trade structure and small trade volume.Since 2000,the economic relations between China and Kazakhstan have been developing in the direction of diversification,liberalization and vertical deepening.Especially after 2011,the trend has been accelerated and the economic cooperation between China and Kazakhstan has deepened.The deepening of economic cooperation between China and Kazakhstan after 2011 is mainly influenced by China's active promotion of the construction of the Silk Road economic belt,Kazakhstan's new economic policy of the bright road and Russia's policy changes on China and Asia.In recent years,although the level of economic cooperation has been continuously improved,china-Kazakhstan economic cooperation is also facing many challenges and problems.The three forces not only threaten China's security,stability,development and unification,but also affect China's economic and political cooperation with Kazakhstan and other central Asian countries.The increasingly fierce competition between the United States,Russia,Japan and other major countries in Kazakhstan has affected the survival and development of Chinese enterprises in Kazakhstan.In Kazakhstan,some anti-china groups have made great use of China's threats and China's active promotion of the construction of the "silk road economic belt",leading some Kazakh people and officials to worry about China's control over Kazakhstan through economic influence.In the economic cooperation between China and Kazakhstan,the participation of large enterprises is insufficient,the economic cooperation between China and Kazakhstan is mainly concentrated in xinjiang,the trade structure of commodities is single,thetrade volume is not large and other problems still exist.First,People-to-people bond is the key to the development of One Belt And One Road.We should carry forward and strengthen the long-standing spirit of friendship and cooperation between China and Kazakhstan actively carry out academic,sports,film and talent exchanges and other cultural exchanges,and strengthen the foundation of economic cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.Second,strengthen economic cooperation between China's coastal areas and Kazakhstan.Economic cooperation between China and Kazakhstan cannot be limited to xinjiang.Only when the coastal areas join the economic cooperation between China and Kazakhstan can the economic relations between China and Kazakhstan develop in a comprehensive and in-depth way in a real sense.Third,reduce mutual trade protection and increase investment in each other's potential industries.Fourth,strengthen cooperation in solar energy,wind energy and other renewable energy fields,and strengthen the diversified development of energy cooperation.
