Research On The Social Psychological Environment Of Ideological And Political Education In The New Era

The new era has put forward new requirements,new missions and new development space for ideological and political education,but it also faces new contradictions and challenges.The need of life is not only limited to material culture,but also to spiritual culture such as democracy,rule of law,fairness and justice.The psychosocial environment is the "soft environment" in the social environment.It acts on the subject of social life with its invisible and tremendous influence.It has a direct and regular role in promoting or restricting people's thought and practice.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the social psychological environment of Ideological and political education in the new era,to explore the role,manifestations and existing problems of the social psychological environment for ideological and political education,and to put forward the optimization path.Firstly,The concept and characteristics of psychosocial environment are introduced.and expounds the relationship between Ideological and political education and social psychological environment.Ideological and political education and social psychological environment are closely related,and they are interrelated,influential and restrictive.The good and bad of the social psychological environment influence the ideological and political education,and the ideological and political education guides and regulates the social psychological environment.Secondly,it discusses the social and psychological environment function and manifestation of Ideological and political education in the new era.Psychosocial environment is a barometer of society,a bonding agent of people's hearts,and a booster of ideological progress.From the perspective of the manifestation of Ideological and political education,it is mainly composed of social mentality,public opinion and social ideological trend.In the new era,China's social and psychological environment is generally better,which is characterized by self-esteem,self-confidence,openness and tolerance,rational peace and positive progress.Based on three manifestations and relevant cases,this paper further expounds the main unhealthy social psychology faced by ideological and political education in the new era,namely,selfish impetuosity caused by material supremacy and lack of belief,anxiety andconfusion caused by social pressure,blind conformity under negative social public opinion,ideological distortion under non-mainstream social trends of thought,which has played a restraining role in Ideological and political education.Finally,based on the above factors,this paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the social and psychological environment of Ideological and political education in the new era.The formation of a good social and psychological environment is not a day's success.In the process of optimizing the social and psychological environment of Ideological and political education in the new era,we should lay a solid foundation for optimizing the social and psychological environment;improve the institutional mechanism of optimizing the social and psychological environment;do a good job of Ideological and political guidance and regulation of the social and psychological environment;and improve the Social Psychological Service Support System.Through theoretical construction and practical analysis,this paper attempts to arouse the consciousness of the subject of Ideological and political education to attach importance to the external social and psychological environment in which ideological and political education is located,so that in practice,various measures can be taken to create a social and psychological environment conducive to the practice of Ideological and political education.
