The student financial aid policy of secondary vocational education is an important part of the financial aid policy system for students with financial difficulties in China,and is an effective means to optimize educational structure and promote educational equity and social justice.Since 2007,the financial aid policy system for students has been preliminarily established gradually with the state grant and tuition-free as the main body and the assistance of in-school subsidy,on-the-job internship and integration of engineering and learning,and the national and local financial input continued to increase.But in the actual implementation process,many practical problems such as embezzlement and defrauding of state special funds have been exposed,which has been concerned by the major media.With the profound transformation of the government's functions,new requirements have been put forward for innovative regulatory means.In view of this situation,combined with the application of information technology in the supervision mode,this paper studied the new supervision mode of "Internet + regulation" and realized the accurate management of secondary vocational funding.In this paper,the methods of literature research,comparative research,theoretical analysis and case analysis were used to study the information supervision model of secondary vocational subsidies in S Province.Firstly,this paper introduced the background and significance of the research,and expounded the research situation at home and abroad by consulting the literature.At the same time,it defined the basic concepts such as e-government,student aid for secondary vocational education and so on.Secondly,through the analysis of the current supervision mode of secondary vocational education students' financial aid in S Province,the main problems existing under the current supervision system were found out,such as information systems were not interconnected,there were loopholes in school roll management,and false registration behaviors in individual schools,and so on.Systematic analysis showed that the main reasons lied in the failure of information system to play a more effective regulatory role,the lack of effective regulatory model for false registration and application for financial assistance,etc.And then,the models,results and experience achieved in some provinces and municipalities were investigated and studied extensively,in which they used the information technologies to strengthen the secondary vocational education student aid supervision.At last,combined with the current situation of the secondary vocational education student aid in S Province,the paper putted forward the model by relying on "National Student Aid Management Information System-Subsystem of Secondary Vocational Aid" and "S Province Education Precision Aid Management Information System" which can break through the barriers of student status system,analyze the data of the assisted students,accurately locate the problems,and achieve accurate supervision of secondary vocational assistance.
