Research On Dynamic Mechanism In The Process Of Rural Revitalization Strategy Implementation

It is an arduous task to revitalize the countryside.How to realize rural revitalization? This is a problem that needs to be studied urgently under the background of implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation.Only by defining the idea and specific path of Rural Revitalization can we have a definite aim and achieve the overall rural revitalization with high quality.The traditional way of revitalizing the countryside includes the following three ways: first,the promotion of administrative forces.The second is the promotion of rural social forces.The third is the promotion of market forces.But in the process of revitalizing the countryside,what are the behavioral logic of the three?The three is how to carry out the cooperation,and jointly promote the revitalization of rural? This is a problem that must be solved in the process of implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation.Therefore,on the basis of sorting out the relevant theories and combining with the practice of Rural Revitalization in Kaihua County,Zhejiang Province,this paper argues that the forces to promote rural revitalization include the following two kinds: one is the external thrust,including administrative forces and market forces.Second,it refers to the internal pulling force,which is the force of rural society itself.Firstly,from three aspects: the external impetus of administrative force,the external impetus of market force and the internal pull of rural social force,this paper analyses the measures taken by Kaihua County in the process of Rural Revitalization and the results achieved.Secondly,it analyses thedeficiencies in the rural practice of Kaihua County,and analyses the reasons from the aspects of grasping the characteristics of the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the functions of the government.Finally,on the basis of the above,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the dynamic mechanism of rural revitalization,such as defining the role of the government in the construction of the dynamic mechanism of rural revitalization;strengthening the top-level design of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization;promoting Rural Revitalization by means of market forces;strengthening the endogenous power of the countryside,and building a multi-subject participation model,in order to provide suggestions for the promotion of Rural Revitalization in China.
