Research On The Optimization Of Rural Pension Service System In Shanxi Province Dingxiang County

At the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the CPC Central Committee has paid more and more attention to the issue of old-age services.In important meetings and documents,the CPC Central Committee has emphasized the need to constantly improve the policy system for the aged and solve the problem of ageing.Local governments have also carried out detailed explorations in line with national policies.At present,there are contradictions between the increasing demand for old-age care and the insufficient supply of old-age care services in rural areas in China.By reviewing the domestic literature,it is found that although the theory and practice of old-age care services have achieved initial results and the research on the old-age care service has gradually become systematic,the research on rural old-age services is still has insufficient and is still in its infancy.Optimizing the rural old-age service system so as to continuously improve people's sense of happiness,acquisition and satisfaction is conducive to the smooth implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and the smooth realization of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,this paper takes the rural old-age service system in Dingxiang,Shanxi Province as the object,studies the problems existing in the rural old-age service system,and provides support for the construction of a scientific and effective rural old-age service system.The full passage is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign literature review and brief evaluation.The second part is the theoretical basis of the definition and research of related concepts.The third part is the current situation and problems of rural old-age care services in Dingxiang County,it is found that there are some problems in Dingxiang County,such as low per capita disposable income level,large demand for rural old-age service which cannot be met,insufficient supply of rural old-age service and lack of matching system to attract professionals of old-age service.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of supply demand of rural old-age service in Dingxiang County.The demand and supply status and influencing factors of rural old-age services in Dingxiang County are analyzed,and the relationship between system adjustment and supply and demand as well as the balance between supply and demand of old-age services are also analyzed.The fifth part is the representative experience of domestic and foreign aged care services,taking the practice of Japan,Germany,Jiashan County in Zhejiang Province and Wulian County in Shandong Province as examples,to extract the experience that can be used for reference.The sixth part is the optimization strategy of the old-age service system in Dingxiang County,in view of the representativeness of the rural old-age service problems in Dingxiang County,combined with the empirical analysis results of this paper and the successful domestic and foreign experience,the countermeasures of optimizing the rural old-age service system are put forward,namely,optimizing the rural structure,developing the rural economy,optimizing the system construction of the rural old-age service system,and optimizing the rural old-age service mode.The seventh part is the research conclusions and prospects,on the basis of summarizing the research content of this paper,the next stage of further research is prospected.
