Wu Gang City Rural Institutional Pension Care Service Supply And Demand

With the rapid growth of China's rural aging population,it has become a hot concern to the Chinese government and the society.China's rural elderly have a very large base,a large number of empty-nest families,a high degree of aging and an obvious trend of aging.These characteristics make it much difficult to solve the current rural pension problem properly in China.Institutional pension is a socialized way of providing for the elderly.Because its supply of funds and resources comes from the society,it is closer to the needs of the society of elderly and has the flexibility which the government funds do not have.Therefore,in the professional and normative level,in the personnel and facilities,in the relevant pension skills,the institutional pension has a certain advantage.However,there are still some development dilemmas in China's current rural institutional pension resources,compared with the continuous expansion of the elderly population,the level of demand and the improvement of diversity.This paper takes the rural institutional pension care service in Wugang City as the research object and takes the status of pension supply and demand as the main research content.By sorting out the relevant research results in both China and abroad for reference and comparison,this paper strives to find a suitable and reliable solution for rural pension in Wugang City.In order to better understanding the development quo of the institutiaonal pension care of Wugang City,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on the institutional pension facilities and the elderly in Wugang City.Through the statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire,the status of the elderly's demand for institutional pension is obtained.Combined with the population status and aging status of Wugang City,the "one-dimensional linear regression analysis model" is used to predict the future demand.In view of the current situation of the institutional pension care service in Wugang City,it analyzes the four dimensions of policy,capital,service and personnel,and concludes the contradiction between supply and demand of Wugang City's institutional pension and its causes.By drawing on the development experience of developed regions in China and abroad,it is necessary to deepen the development environment of rural institutional pension care services in Wugang City,broaden the sources of rural care services for rural institutional pension care,strengthen the construction of rural institutional pension service professionals,and strengthen the promotion and guidance of rural institutional pension care services.It puts forward suggestions and solutions for rural institutional pension care service in Wugang City,with the hope of achieving a complete Wugang city pension security system and providing full protection for the elderly in both economy support and service support.
