Research On Multi Project Management Of Spaceflight XX Institute Based On ERP System

In the state of great investment in national defense industry,military industry enterprises in China have entered a new era of development.A large number of national defense models have been developed,and more and more complex large-scale projects have been developed.The traditional project management ability of many military enterprises is difficult to meet the needs of many projects in parallel.This has become one of the main contradictions faced by many military enterprises.How to solve this contradiction has become a major research topic for many military enterprises.Based on the management model of advanced international enterprises,this paper breaks through the constraints of the traditional military enterprise scientific research project management to the model research and development,and explores the multi project research management methods of ERP system based on information technology,in order to promote the development of enterprises and improve the efficiency of development.This paper takes the project management mode of space XX Research Institute as the research object,and mainly includes four blocks: the first part mainly describes the research background and significance of the multi project management of space XX Research Institute based on ERP system.The third part is the status analysis of the multi project management in the space XX Research Institute,describes the status of the project management in the Institute,and extracts the problems such as the confusion of project management in the multi project management,the imprecision of the plan and the weak monitoring.The third part is the multi project management solution of the space XX Research Institute based on ERP system,analyzes the key factors that the ERP system needs to consider and the main problems to be considered,designs the overall plan of the implementation of the ERP system,and puts forward the idea of the multi project management of the ERP system,the ERP system project management plan,and the ERP system project plan.Management and ERP system project monitoring and management have solved some problems in the management of scientific research projects in the space XX Research Institute.The fourth part is the multi project management ERP application of space XX Research Institute,the process of multi project management using ERP system is described and analyzed,and the application of ERP system to aerospace XX research is also evaluated.The result is the result.
