Reserch On Campus Crisis Management In Higher Vocational Colleges-three Higher Vocational Colleges In Chengdu Wenjiang District

At present,China is in the critical period of comprehensively deepening reform,gradually entering the risk society.All kinds of contradictions are relatively concentrated,and the corresponding crisis response system is not complete yet.With the national emphasis on professional education,the vocational education has developed rapidly in China.Although some achievements have been made,there are still some problems.Especially,the students of higher vocational colleges are young men,so they may manifest immature-minded,rebellious,and relatively weak sense of discipline and rules.Nowadays,a large number of young teachers have entered higher vocational colleges.Although they breathe new life into the colleges and universities,part of them still pay less attention to students' problems and lack of in-depth understanding of themselves or students.What's more,the management of some schools is scattered,which may lead to more accidents in higher vocational colleges.In the face of any potential crisis,the manager of higher vocational colleges should pay attention to not only the daily management,but also the crisis management of higher vocational colleges.This paper mainly studies the problems of the crisis management in higher vocational colleges by fully combining basic situation of three vocational colleges in Wenjiang district.After the investigation,some research and analysis about the problems are proposed,and then the author puts forward suggestions and comments specifically.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter mainly elaborates the background of this topic,and analyzes the relevant research situation at home and abroad to illustrate the research ideas of this paper.The second chapter illustrates the concept of crisis management,the relevant theory,the crisis type and characteristics of higher vocational colleges at present,and analyzes the difference between the higher vocational colleges and universities comparatively.The third chapter shows the basic information of the target schools,at the same time,combined with questionnaire survey results to analyze the problems existing in the present three colleges and universities.Besides,the further investigation on reasons for those problems are discussed;The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures of campus crisis management in higher vocational colleges.This study aims at accomplishing questionnaire inquiry from different aspects.Through the research,the basic information about the target colleges will be understood.After analyzing the results scientifically,combining with the basic information,we can put forward solutions to the problems in campus crisis management existing in current higher vocational colleges in our country.The campus crisis management problems need to attach great importance in higher vocational colleges.The causes of the crisis should be carefully analyzed,then the deficiency in daily management can be found,and combined with actual situation in the colleges and universities,the campus crisis management ability and level could be improved.
