On Building The Belt And Road A Community With A Shared Future-based On Chinaand South Korea

Nowadays,the world is reaching a new developmental milestone.The relationship between countries and regions are becoming increasingly close,and the degree of interdependence among countries and regions is also higher and higher,the fate between nations is shared.In current world situation,Xi Jinping seized the opportunity of the times,summed up historical experience,and creatively proposed to build “a Community with a Shared Future for humanity ”,it provides a solution to the peace and development issues,global governance and other issues.It is crucial to build a Community with a Shared Future between China and South Korea,as it is an essential part to realize a Community with a shared Future for humanity.The accumulation of quantitative changes results in qualitative changes,Only by building a Community with a shared Future between China and South Korea can we reach the milestone of building a community with a shared Future for humanity in the future.Building the Community with a shared Future for humanity is based on the neighbouring countries and leading powers.China pursues to deepen interconnection with neighboring countries and go through thick and thin together.As a neighbouring country,South Korea has the fast-growing relationship with China Since reform and opening-up,the two relationships has made breakthrough in many fields,and nowadays China and South Korea are committed to develop a strategic and cooperative relationship.As China and South Korea can play an important role in Northeast Asia,therefore,working together to build China-South Korea future community is in line with the interests of the two countries.Since the 18 th CPC national congress,President Xi Jinping has proposed to build“a Community with a Shared Future for humanity.It is a solution for the current dilemma of global development and challenges of human society.The specific measures are as follows: through the “The Belt and Road” approach,developing a global partnership,expanding the common interests of all countries,building a partnership based on mutual benefit,avoiding Prisoner's Dilemma and taking the neighbour as ditches,reaching the ever lasting global peace and advance common prosperity.Therefore,this thesis based on China-South Korea cooperation,and takes the “The Belt and Road” as the path to promote the construction of the Community with a shared Future between China and South Korea.This thesis mainly discusses the progress of bilateral cooperation between China and South Korea under the framework of “interconnection”,it has five aspects,that is Policy,Trade,financial flows and People-to-people exchanges.These cooperations provide political premise,economic foundation,financial support,road connectivity,and public opinion foundation for building the Community with a shared Future of the China-South Korea.Besides,it is also have many difficulties and challenges to build the Community with a shared Future of the China-South Korea.Such as external interference,unrest between the two Koreas,and negative effect of THAAD to bilateral relationships etc.How to solve these problems? the practical solutions are building community of shared interests and shared responsibilities,strengthening political mutual trust and human culture communication.
