Research On Refinement Of Basic Level Social Governance In Xinjiang

At the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC,it was proposed that we should strengthen and innovate the social governance system,promote the implementation of fine social governance,and establish a social governance pattern of co-construction,sharing and co-governance.All-round and accurate social governance and large data coverage are necessary for the refinement of social governance.More attention has been paid to the humanization of governance and the perfection of multi-subject participation in social governance in the refinement of social governance.The perfection of social governance does not totally deny the previous ideas,but is based on a new height different from the past to examine the current social situation.In order to improve the shortcomings of previous governance,we should use refined thinking to reduce the cost of governance,improve the efficiency of governance,and realize the sharing of governance results by the whole people.This paper combines literature research method and empirical investigation method.This paper clarifies the trend from social management to refinement of social governance.Under the specific circumstances of Xinjiang,taking grass-root society as a unit,this paper summarizes the main measures and results of Xinjiang grass-root society in promoting the refinement of social governance,finds out the problems existing in Xinjiang grass-root society in promoting the refinement of social governance,and analyses the reasons.It seeks to promote the promotion of Xinjiang grass-root society from the perspective of governance concept,coverage of large data platform and multiple subjects of social governance.The main content of this paper is the refined implementation path of social governance.This paper analyses the change of governance concept and mode,uses the thinking of "big data + governance" to promote the construction of network governance platform,cultivation and development of social organizations,enhances public participation and legal protection,and strives to improve people's livelihood and improve people's life satisfaction.the author explores the self-positioning androle-playing of multi-governance subjects under the current situation full of opportunities and challenges.Based on the traditional model of social governance,the innovation and advantages of fine governance mechanism and strategy are discussed in order to promote the development of fine theory of social governance of grass-root society in Xinjiang.
