Youth group is the hope of the future social development.Their healthy growth is directly related to the stability of the family and the harmony of the society.Although the minor involved in the crime is guilty of the temporary “egocentricity”,it still has strong plasticity and development potential.Actively explore ways to construct the protection of juveniles involved in crimes.and also a chance to regenerate the minors involved in crimes,Therefore,it is an important responsibility for the whole society to attach importance to and actively build a new way to prevent and protect juveniles involved in crimes,and improve the working mechanism of helping and educating,and strive "Education,probation,and salvation" for minors involved in crimes,and building a safe and healthy growth environment for minors is an important responsibility shared by the whole society.This research mainly adopts the combination of qualitative and empirical methods,focusing on qualitative research orientation,based on the author's social work practice—juvenile delinquency assistance and education,relying on case study—service object H,exquisitely demonstrates the general process and mode of case assistance and education,mainly through the process of assistance and education.In-depth interviews,participatory observation methods were used to collect and analyze data.Through the case study to study the process,action logic and practice difficulties of the minors involved in the teaching of help,in the research based on the ecosystem theory and cognitive behavior therapy,carefully analyze the problems and situations of the client,and then develop the intervention.Objectives and plans,and then from the individual psychological counseling,family interviews,peer support and other multi-faceted action practice and effectiveness evaluation,and finally,the whole process of teaching and learning is summarized,reflected and suggested.It can be concluded that professional relationships with the helpers,professional improvement of professional skills,cooperation with the main body of the teaching and the improvement of the evaluation system and evaluation criteria are to protect the minors involved in the crime.The important factors of the effect,at the same time,the author hopes to have a certain benefit to the participation of the latecomers.
