With the continuous development of social progress,has higher requirement to the quality education for students,the traditional teacher centered,the classroom teaching methods as the center of stern challenge,is under the influence of the concept of quality education,the teaching method in growing numbers are beginning to apply to the teaching,in many teaching methods,case teaching is a kind of new on the basis of the case method of teaching,case teaching method is a combination of theoretical knowledge case applying to practice education method,at the same time it has a purpose,authenticity,stimulating and dynamic characteristics.Case teaching method is a teaching method with not only results,which can mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in the class and give full play to the advantages of each student,so that students do not have too much pressure to speak out their own ideas in class,and changes the traditional teaching method,in which students dare not speak.Secondary vocational students are active in thinking but do not like to pay attention in class.They are not interested in what teachers teach in class.Teachers can stimulate students to discuss with each other and exchange their ideas by using case teaching method,which will change from passive learning to active acceptance of knowledge.Case teaching is one of the new curriculum reform advocates a very active andcan do it according to their aptitude teaching method,case teaching has its drawbacks as well as itself,however,is based on the research the application of case teaching in secondary vocational security professional,will be subject to the actual situation of the legal basis for teaching to adaptively select case teaching,and analyzing the specific issues either to the advantage of the case teaching method of precipitation will strive to gram difficult crucial efforts to overcome the shortcomings,in order to achieve the teaching goal to promote the all-round development of students.In this paper,with the construction of socialist view of learning,discovery learning theory,teaching communication theory and so on the many kinds of concept,and combining with the current secondary vocational security professional legal basis for teaching and students’ own specialty,using the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews to analyze the article,in order to join case teaching method and a bridge between secondary vocational law basic subjects,and to apply case teaching method in law basic subjects of teaching,so as to be able to the application of case teaching method in the legal basis for better teaching makes a meager force.This paper consists of six chapters:The first chapter: firstly introduces the background of the topic,describes the research significance of the paper,and mainly describes theresearch status and achievements,research methods,research ideas and innovative points in the field of case teaching at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of the case teaching of the legal foundation course in secondary vocational schools.Second,expound the educational theory foundation of case teaching;Third,it expounds the implementation of case teaching method.Chapter three: mainly to the case teaching method in the "legal basis" in the application of the status quo and the use of steps.Through the investigation of the students and teachers of the second vocational school in Lhasa,the author understands the application status of the case teaching method in the second vocational school legal basis course in Lhasa,and analyzes the application steps of the case teaching method in the classroom.Chapter four: analyzes the problems and causes of the application of case teaching method in the course of legal basis of security major in Lhasa.Chapter five: case teaching method in the teaching of legal basis of security major in Lhasa.Chapter six: summarize and prospect the results of practice and research.
