The main purpose of this research in discussion of weather business performance evaluation may develop enterprise's core competence then enhance the competitive ability of the enterprise (to reduce cost of operation). The findings confirmed that, making the truly feasible method by content design of the strategic objective, then to evaluate the performance, also with a suitable prize rewarding system, is helpful to achieve company's overall strategy goal, and avoids manager makes a secondary decision to the enterprise based on pursuing self- profit. Next, the findings also confirmed that, the result of strategy implementation depends on the quality when operating the performance evaluation. (For example, the margin of cost reduction.).The motivation and purpose of this study is as following. First of all, we will study the performance from three directions, organizational effectiveness, financial performance, and business performance, then the tool. Furthermore, take survey on a Taiwanese corporation, to study how the enterprise actually operates and their management policies, also to evaluate this company. To analyze how performance evaluation makes a better guidance, to improve and also be motivated, in order to enhance the productivity and competitiveness. Finally, distinguish between theory and implementation, proposed the correlation suggestion to enhance the enterprise resource planning.
