| Danwei system is the way of social organization in our country during the planned economy era.It played an important role in social resource allocation,social integration,social controls and social mobilization for Chinese cities.Therefore,Enterprise Danwei community has once been a very important form of community in China's cities,playing a significant role in the process of urban development.It is also the memories of generations.After the Third Plenary Session,the deepening reform of economic structure and the weakening of Danwei system impacted Enterprise Danwei community greatly,demonstrating the process of China's social transformation.It has displayed the influence of social changes on communities since the reform and opening up.Thus,studying the vicissitude of Enterprise Danwei community is a key to explore the course of China's reform and opening up.It is of certain importance both theoretically and practically.Taking W community,an Enterprise Danwei community in Shannxi province,as a case,based on the Social System Theory,current research results,and the results of field survey,combined the literature research method with the interview method,this research analyzes the changing of this community residents' welfare,values and social interaction after the transformation of W company.In this research,the discussion focuses on the causes,demonstrations and practical effects of these community vicissitudes.Finally,according to the main problems and practical difficulties encountered by Enterprise Danwei communities during their transformation and development,this paper,proceeding from coordinating intersubjective relationship and promoting community governance,enhancing community inclusion and rebuilding community spirit,reconnecting society bonds and strengthening community solidarity,provides suggestions for the developing road of these communities in the post-Danwei System as Well as fresh academic materials for the current Danwei community research. |
