Research On Enterprise Danwei Community Governance In Perspective Of Public Service

Especially in the Midwest, community governance is affected by the factors such as economic and geographical environment, the overall level of management lags far behind the developed cities and regions. P the city as a resource-based city, sichuan province, the community governance is a key and difficult of social governance, especially the enterprise danwei community. Enterprise danwei community as a product of special historical period, with the push of market economy, the system of units, the collapse of the enterprise is no longer "parents", enterprises become the social workers, their demand for public products and public service from the enterprise to the community, the community how to satisfy these requirements has become the focus of community governance. This paper takes J community of P city in sichuan province as an example, from the enterprise danwei community residents participation, power and responsibility relations among principals of governance, public products and service and so on to analysis the problems and the causes of problems in danwei community governance, using the theory of public administration and social capital theory and relevant theories.The writer hopes to find out the ways to solve the problems of danwei community governance. What means training community residents autonomy consciousness, improving the ability of residents' community participation, intensify social organizations to foster and enhance the level of social participation and clarify the relationship between power and responsibility between community governance subjects, perfecting the community governance structure, to further advance the grid management, implementation of fine service.
