Research On The Supply And Demand Of Pension Resources In Elderly Immigrants Who Migrate With Others In Urban Community

With the acceleration of urbanization,population movements have become more frequent,the trend of familyization of floating population has begun to increase,and the number of families carrying elderly people has also increased significantly.The total number of mobile elderly population has reached nearly 18 million,and the emergence of the elderly with the move is the inevitable result of social changes.The old-age resources are the basis for the realization of old-age security.To study the problem of old-age security for the elderly who move with the elderly,we must first analyze the supply and demand of the old-age resources of the elderly.This study focuses on the supply and demand of old-age resources for the elderly,and uses the semi-structured interview method to interview 20 elderly people in the community of Wuhan Huazhong University of Science and Technology.Conducted a comprehensive study on the content,structure and characteristics of the old-age resources of the elderly,as well as the state,community,family,market and individual multi-agent pension resources.Based on the old-age needs of the elderly,and the use of old-age resources by the elderly,the contradiction between supply and demand of old-age resources is revealed,in order to provide ideas for the effective supply of old-age resources.Research shows: The needs of the elderly for the elderly are mainly due to the demand for economic resources,the demand for service resources and the need for spiritual comfort,and has the following characteristics: Compared with the elderly living in cities and towns,the elderly in rural areas have more demand for economic resources;The elderly who are moving in the past are generally in urgent need of service resources and spiritual comfort resources.The main body of the old-age resource for the elderly is the country,the community,the family,the market and the individual.Combined with theold-age needs of the elderly,the contradiction between the supply and demand of the old-age resources is: the existing use of old-age resources is not efficient,which is manifested in the fact that the supply of old-age resources has imposed resources,the allocation of old-age resources is unreasonable,and it cannot meet the old-age needs of the elderly;the shortage of old-age resources and the lack of coordination and integration are mainly reflected in the shortage of old-age service resources and spiritual comfort resources,and the lack of coordination and integration of old-age resources;the old-age welfare system is not well connected,mainly in two aspects: inconvenience in medical treatment in different places and regional differences in welfare policies for the elderly.
