As a kind of “quasi-shipping product”,Weibo began to appear on the domestic network platform in 2009,and it has shown an explosive growth in 2010s',with the number increasing every year.Compared with traditional media such as newspapers and television,Weibo,has the characteristics of simple transmission mode,multiple transmission contents,and rapid transmission speed.With the rapid development of new media such as Weibo,government agencies have also faced new challenges in mastering public opinion.In recent years,when major events especially sudden crisis events occur,huge amounts of information will appear on Weibo.Crisis information will spread faster and have greater influence,thus increase the therefore increase the possibility of uncontrollable development of the state of affair of crisis events to uncontrollable directions.The possibility,therefore,complicates the situation of local government crisis public relations work.This article define the related concepts of crisis public relations,government affairs weibo and other relevant concepts,deeply analyzes the application of the government affairs weibo in the public relations of the government crisis and its problems,and compares and discuss the appropriate disposal of the government weibo in crisis public relations through examples.Practice,explores and propose the orientation and communication strategy of government affairs weibo in crisis public relationsThe first part is the introduction,the significance of the research,the domestic and foreign research review,and the research ideas and methods.The second part mainly introduces the concepts of crisis public relations,government crisis public relations,public opinion,and government affairs weibo.In the third part,through the analysis of the current situation of domestic government affairs weibo participation in government crisis public relations,we sum up the problems and difficulties existing in government affairs weibo participation in government crisis public relations.In the fifth part,on the basis of analyzing the above problems and causes,including the identification of the position of the government weibo in the government crisis public relations,and to serve as a “communist” in the government crisis public relations.To determine the communication strategy of the government weibo in handling government crisis public relations,that is,to use the agenda setting function to grasp public opinion guidance,pay attention to the language expression norms in communication,grasp the characteristics of self-media communication,and cultivate the audience's favorability in daily operations.To quickly and effectively resolve crisis events and maintain and shape a good government image.Based on the author's work and the current situation of turbulent new media dissemination,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the operation of government micro-blog and enhance the methods for government departments to deal with crisis public relations through a series of contradictions between the government and the audience due to information asymmetry in the society,hoping to provide some suggestions for local governments in China in the future.It provides some inspiration and reference for the construction and practice of crisis public relations system.
