Research On The Mobilization Mechanism Of Social Work Participating In Community Voluntary Service

In recent years,the implementation of general secretary Xi Jinping's directive spirit of "Lei Feng spirit" and volunteering service has been thoroughly carried out in various parts of the country.The strength of the social work service project has gradually shifted to the community,especially the community volunteer service level,and has developed various volunteer service projects.However,in the practical implementation of voluntary service projects,many organizations are still facing the problem of "no money,no people,no ability" and other kinds of community resources shortage.How to make community resources truly serve community residents has become a problem that community social work has to face and urgently needs to provide solutions.For social work institutions,resource mobilization is an important factor affecting the quality of community service.As the supply of community service is a continuous process,it is necessary to construct an inspiring structure with internal impetus,which includes demand,resources,culture,organization,mechanism and other comprehensive elements,so as to make a service project operate effectively,among which mechanism is the most indispensable lifeline like element.This paper takes the theory of resource mobilization as the research orientation.Firstly,it elaborates the skills of community resource mobilization in the theory of resource mobilization and the basic theory of social work,combs the theory of resource mobilization and the related theory of social work from the perspective of literature,and lays the theoretical foundation for the research.Secondly,the article takes the project of "sharing market" of L organization as the research object,and analyzes“ On the basis of the operation mechanism of the platform of "sharing market",this paper analyzes the mobilization mechanism of volunteers,the mobilization mechanism of sites,the mobilization mechanism of funds and materials from the four aspects of mobilization mode,mobilization content,mobilization process and mobilization effect,and elaborates the experience and existing problems of the platform of "sharing market";finally,the article focuses on the correct mobilization goal and strengthening the mobilization main body This paper puts forward the optimization strategy of resource mobilization mechanism on the platform of "sharing market".
